Kettner & Ash is a 7-story, 123,000 SF Mixed-use office and retail building. Stephanie was the project lead and provided Owner’s Representative and Construction Management services overseeing new tenant improvement buildouts and a $17 million renovation designed by Gensler. The renovation included recladding the exterior façade, renovating the interior lobby, adding a third-floor amenity lounge and amenity deck, and incorporating high-end locker rooms and showers.
