- Payments must be made in full before participation in events.
- Fees are generally non-refundable, except as stated in event-specific policies.

- Participants, parents, and spectators are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other athletes.
- Unsportsmanlike behavior, harassment, or violations of event rules may result in removal without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and media, is the property of Softball Nation Recruiting, LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
6. Assumption of Risk
Participation in athletic events carries inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with athletic participation, including injury.

- Softball Nation Recruiting, LLC is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in events or while using our Site or services.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for event registration.
