STEP helps to improve clinical decision-making around designing therapeutic exercises, or modifying old ones, to address a specific impairment. Dosing exercise is fundamental to achieving a desired outcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This curriculum is built on a foundation of the Medical Exercise Therapy curriculum, developed by Oddvar Holten in Norway in the early 1960\u2019s.
