Staying active to me is a way to heal and clear my mind, it\u2019s an active mediation that I make space for daily. <\/p>\n                        <\/div>\n\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n\n            \n                <div class=\"accordion-item acf-accordion-item msr-faq-item\">\n                    <div class=\"accordion-item-inner\">\n\n                        <button class=\"accordion-title msr-faq-question\" type=\"button\">\n                            <h6>How has MSR helped you? <\/h6>\n                            <span class=\"accordion-icon\"><\/span>\n                        <\/button>\n\n                        <div class=\"accordion-content msr-faq-answer\">\n                            <p>I\u2019ve been in and out of PT for several years now and never felt fully heard or seen, dismissed multiple times because I was moving \u201cgood enough\u201d. MSR focuses on tailoring therapy based on the patients athletic performance and goals, incorporates a variety of techniques that I have never experienced at other PT establishments I\u2019ve been too, which made all the difference in my range of motion and overall decrease in pain.
