Dr. Lauren Ridings
( PT, DPT, Certified FDN Level 1)
Dr. Lauren was born and raised on Long Island, NY until she attended the University of South Carolina where she got her BS in Exercise Science in 2019. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from George Washington University in 2023 and has been practicing in the DMV area since.
She grew up playing lacrosse, soccer and volleyball but enjoys working with patients from all types of active backgrounds to help get them back to doing the things they love. She believes in taking a holistic approach by addressing the person and their specific needs as a whole and not just the injury.
On the weekends you can find her playing beach volleyball doubles at the Lincoln courts, running/walking on the national mall or searching for the best brunch in the DMV!
