I enjoy staying active in a variety of ways, I’m a regular at [Solidcore], practice ashtanga yoga, enjoy training for marathons alongside lifting as well. Staying active to me is a way to heal and clear my mind, it’s an active mediation that I make space for daily.
I’ve been in and out of PT for several years now and never felt fully heard or seen, dismissed multiple times because I was moving “good enough”. MSR focuses on tailoring therapy based on the patients athletic performance and goals, incorporates a variety of techniques that I have never experienced at other PT establishments I’ve been too, which made all the difference in my range of motion and overall decrease in pain. I’ve always wanted to live a pain free life and I am optimistic I will reach that at the end of my treatment here at MSR.
